1. Download the latest trial version, if you haven't already

2. Obtain your Authorization Code

From the main screen click on the "Author. Request" button as seen below

3. Submit your Authorization Code

All Authorization Codes must be submitted from the Request Authorization page, accessible

from the software by clicking on the "Submit" link, as seen in the following screenshot .

 

4. Wait for your Activation Key

Your key will be sent to the email address you submitted in step3 within 24-48 hours. You will NOT receive a key if your email address is not included in the list of registered owners (you must have either purchased the software or earned a promotional license).

FAQ - Common Problems

• What if I want to install on additional computers?

The Authorization code you submit is unique for each computer it was obtained from (using a "hardware fingerprinting" method), and so is the Activation key you receive in response to that. The Activation key will not work with any other computer except for that particular one!

If you want to activate the software for additional computers, you have to repeat the process for each one of those computers, starting from step 1.

 

• I used the web site form to submit my authorization code and my email address, but as soon as I hit the Submit button I got a "page not found error"

This is not a problem, some browsers fail to display the confirmation page, but your submission has gone through already and will be processed soon - please ignore the error message and wait for your Activation key.

 

• Do I have to do this every time I receive an upgrade from HoldemSoft?

NO, this is actually a one-time process. Once the software has been activated for  a particular computer, that computer is able to receive all future upgrades without having to repeat the activation process.

 

• How does the system look up my email address?

Each registered owner of HoldemSoft software is uniquely identified in our database by the email address used at the time of purchase (RegSoft or Paypal), or at the time a promotional license was granted (poker site referral). It is important that you use that same address when trying to activate your software, otherwise the system will not be able to find you and you will not receive an activation key!

If the original email address is not available any longer, please write an email to support@holdem-winner.com with:

- the month/year of purchase (or referral)

- the payment method (Regsoft/Paypal) and you full name

       or

  the referral site (Party, Empire, Ultimate Bet etc) and your screen name
